Teacher training for vocational schools
The master’s study program “Teacher Training for Vocational Schools�? provides the basis for teaching careers at vocational schools. The four program specializations are: Electrical Engineering, Information Engineering, Automotive Engineering and Metal Engineering.
The first subject – the vocational field – focuses on elements of vocational education and didactics.
For their second subject, students choose between: Chemistry, German/German Studies, English/English-Speaking Cultures, Mathematics, Physics and Political Sciences. The second subject encompasses both subject-related elements as well as elements of educational science.
Studies lead to the award of the professional academic degree »Master of Education« (M.Ed.).
Admission requirements: In order to be enrolled on the master’s study program, applicants must already have graduated from a corresponding study program at a university of applied sciences of hold a bachelor’s degree.
Students can either take up studies in the winter or the summer semester.
The course is offered in German only.
